Francisco Castillo Cáceres currently serves as the Corporate CISO and Head of Cybersecurity at Intercorp Retail since October 2024. Previously, from August 2020 to October 2024, Francisco held the position of Cybersecurity Manager at Corporación Grupo Romero, overseeing the cybersecurity strategy across various business sectors within the LATAM conglomerate. Prior to that, Francisco worked at BBVA en Perú from December 2013 to August 2020, taking on several leadership roles in data security and IT risk management, including the implementation of significant certifications such as ISO 22301 and PCI DSS. Francisco's career also includes experience as a Senior Information Technology Auditor at HSBC and IT Advisor at KPMG, as well as earlier roles in information security and IT analysis. Academic credentials include a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad de Lima, completed in 2009.
