Louise Arnould is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Executive Lounge Manager at InterContinental Sydney since January 2023, Louise previously held the position of Front Office Manager at voco® The Hague from April 2021 to December 2022, and Front Office Lead earlier in their career. Their experience spans several prominent hotels, including roles as Floor Supervisor during the winter season at InterContinental Davos and IHG Future Leader in the Rooms Division at QO Amsterdam. With foundational roles in front desk operations and internships in accounting and kitchen management, Louise holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from HEPN - Haute Ecole de la Province de Namur and a Hotel & Tourism Diploma from EF International Language Campuses.
