Dilip Tamang is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Demi Chef De Partie at InterContinental Sydney since February 2023. Previous roles include Demi Chef De Partie at ALMED RETAIL and Commis at The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel, among others. Dilip began the culinary journey as a Culinary Trainee at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts and has formal education in Culinary Arts through a diploma from the Academy of Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management in 2018. Additionally, Dilip is pursuing further education with a Diploma of Education in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts at APEX Australia Vocational and Higher Education, expected to be completed in April 2024.
