Jhonnatan Pinilla Contreras is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as an Executive Chef at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) since January 2018. With a longstanding affiliation with InterContinental Hotels & Resorts since 2006, Jhonnatan has held various high-level positions, including Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef at InterContinental Miami. Previous roles include Banquet Chef at InterContinental Dubai Festival City and Head Chef at InterContinental Abu Dhabi. Early career experience includes a Chef De Cuisine position at Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Chef de Partie at Meliá Hotels International. Jhonnatan's formal education includes culinary training at The Culinary Institute of America in 2006 and a Chef degree from the Culinary Art Institute Mexico, complemented by a degree in Hospitality Management from CUHELAV.
