Carlos Cordoba is an experienced food and beverage manager with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Food and Beverage Manager at InterContinental Miami Hotel since April 2022, Carlos previously held positions including General Manager at Specialty Restaurants Corporation and Manager at DMD Restaurants - Twin Peaks Franchise. Carlos co-founded Simple App, focused on the sales and commercialization of applications for smartphones and tablets, and has extensive restaurant management experience, including roles at Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bars, PA BBQ & Grille, Cabo Flats, Cafe Boulud, Sailfish Marina & Resort, and The Breakers Palm Beach. Carlos holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Northwood University and has studied Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida Atlantic University.
