John E. McGovern, CPA, MST, has extensive experience as President and CPA of John E. McGovern & Associates, PC since 1992. In addition to this role, John serves as a Director at East River Bank since 2008 and has held the position of Chairman at Intercommunity Action, Inc. since 2004. John obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University between 1978 and 1982, followed by a Master's degree in Taxation from Philadelphia University from 1998 to 2002.
