Tracy Ezebuike has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tracy began their career in 2010 as a Personal Assistant to the SAO at the Office of the SSG in Delta State, Nigeria. Here, they were responsible for writing and correcting memos, coordinating other staff members, and facilitating event planning.

In 2011, Tracy joined CWG PLC as a Finacle Application Support Engineer, where they supervised technical account managers and provided support in resolving Finacle Core Application incidents.

In 2013, Tracy joined Jumia Nigeria as an IT System/Business Analyst, where they installed and configured computer hardware and conducted IT research and solutions. Tracy later took on additional roles as a Systems Support/Product Manager, handling bug reports, system improvements, and change requests, and as a Business Intelligence Analyst, gathering and analyzing business intelligence needs.

Tracy then transitioned to Clovi in 2018 as a Full Stack Developer, where they built subscription management features and customized the application for new clients. Tracy also improved test automation by addressing technical debt.

From 2019 to 2020, Tracy worked at Branch International as a Full Stack Developer, contributing to internal applications and APIs for mobile apps. Tracy also automated a Slack bot using Python and Airflow.

In 2017, Tracy joined Andela as a Software Developer, where they built learning projects individually and in teams and contributed to an internal tool for supporting learners and decision-making.

Tracy's next role in 2020 was at Hopper & Turing Labs Ltd as a Ruby on Rails Backend Developer. Here, they built the backend that supports a specific website, implemented a ranking system for influencers, made decisions on project design, and built APIs using Ruby on Rails, Postgres, ElasticSearch, Git, Heroku, CircleCI, Papertrail, and Notion.

Tracy then moved on to SEND Freight in 2020 as a Full Stack Developer, specializing in JavaScript. Tracy contributed to developing the company's applications and worked with JavaScript technologies.

Most recently, in 2021, Tracy worked at Ketchup Academy as a Back End Engineer, and in 2022, they joined Intercom as a Product Engineer.

Tracy Ezebuike began their education at St Cyprian Special Science School in Nsukka from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained their SSCE diploma. Tracy then pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, from 2005 to 2010. In 2016, Tracy completed their education at Free Code Camp, earning a Full Stack Web Development Certification with a focus on Computer Software Engineering.
