Matthew M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matthew began their career in 2011 as a Project Officer at Commonwealth Bank. In 2012, they worked as an Assistant Program Officer, Procurement at the Department of Housing. From 2014 to 2015, Matthew worked at AIB in the role of Application Design & Support. Following this, they joined Wipro as an Application Support Engineer from 2015 to 2016. Matthew's most recent position was at Intercom, where they started in 2017. Matthew initially served as a Customer Support Engineer before transitioning to a Product Engineer role in December 2019.

Matthew M. earned their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Banking and Finance from University College Dublin, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the same institution, which they completed between 2012 and 2014.
