Mariam Maher Y. has a diverse work experience in various companies. Mariam Maher started their career as a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Careem in 2015. Mariam Maher then worked as a Technical Support Intern at IBM in 2016. Later, they joined IBM as an MEA Regional Kenexa, Social and Collaboration Cloud Solutions Sales representative, where they built relationships, presented solutions, and closed deals. In 2017, they became a SuccessFactors Solution Advisor at SAP, where they provided advisory services for SuccessFactors solutions. Mariam Maher also attended the SAP Commercial Sales Academy during that time. Currently, Mariam works at Intercom as a Solution Engineer, leading presales technical discussions, collaborating with teams, and creating innovative solutions for customers.

Mariam Maher Y. completed their education at various institutions and obtained certifications to enhance their skills. Mariam Maher started their education at the Egyptian American International School, where they received an American Diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from The German University in Cairo between 2012 and 2016.

To further their knowledge in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, Mariam joined The American University in Cairo and earned a Diploma in Human Resources from 2018 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Mariam has obtained several certifications. Mariam Maher completed "Introduction to Programming Using Python" from Code First Girls in September 2022. In March 2022, they acquired the "Demo2win!" certification from 2Win!. Furthermore, in October 2021, Mariam was awarded the "SAP Alumni Award" by SAP. Lastly, they received the certification for "Become a Conversational Support Expert" from Intercom in June 2021.
