Jero M. has had a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jero'smost recent position was at Intercom, where they served as the IT Procurement Manager since January 2023. Prior to that, they were a Technical Program Manager at the same company from October 2019 to January 2023. Before joining Intercom, Jero worked at First Data Corporation as a Desktop Services Technician from November 2013 to July 2017. Jero also worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard from August 2013 to October 2013. Jero M. completed a vocational degree in Business Information Technology at Jyväskylä Business College from 2001 to 2005. In 2006, Jero enrolled at Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences and studied Business Information Systems, earning a Bachelor's degree in this field in 2011. During the academic year 2008-2009, Jero pursued a minor in International Advertising at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht). Additionally, in January 2010, Jero obtained a certification in Minor Advertising from the IAA (International Advertising Association).
