Damon Foster has worked in the technology industry for several years. Damon began their career as a Customer Support Representative at Intercom in October 2016 and later transitioned to a role as a Product Support Engineer in July 2017. In this role, they focused on improving Intercom's product health and maintaining deliverability. Damon then moved on to become a Product Engineer in November 2018, before transitioning to a Systems Engineer position in February 2021. As a Systems Engineer, they worked on Intercom's security engineering program, building tools and infrastructure to detect and prevent malicious actors and vulnerabilities. Damon's most recent role at Intercom is as a Senior Systems Engineer, which they started in March 2023. Alongside their work at Intercom, Damon also held a role as a Contact Centre Agent at JUST EAT Ireland from December 2013 to September 2016.

Damon Foster's education history is as follows:

From 2006 to 2012, Damon attended St. Aidans CBS, where they completed their secondary school education and obtained their Leaving Cert.

In 2010, Damon obtained an ECDL Certificate from ICS Skills.

Damon went on to attend Maynooth University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a specialization in Digital Media. This degree was obtained between 2012 and 2015.

Finally, Damon pursued further education at Maynooth University by completing a Higher Diploma in Science with a focus on Computer Science from 2015 to 2016.
