Burak Urgancioglu is a seasoned Senior Product Designer currently working in the AI Group at Intercom since October 2024, having previously held various prominent design positions. With a robust background, Burak served as a Senior Product Designer at Yubo from 2022 to 2024 and at Plato in 2022, while also acting as a Design Mentor at Designlab since 2022. As a Design Consultant for Toptal since 2015, Burak contributed to over 45 diverse projects globally, alongside responsibilities in the Design Screening process. Prior experiences include Lead Product Designer roles at Interos Inc. and Freedom Robotics, as well as Senior Product Designer positions at Agnoris and as a Product Designer at Senfonico. An early career included serving as Art Director at Rafineri. Burak holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Kadir Has University and a high school diploma from İstanbul Özel Saint-Joseph Fransız Lisesi.
