Amir Tavoussi began their work experience in 2011 at Apple, where they held several roles including Technical Support Specialist, Preservation & Operations Experience, and Business and Sales Specialist. During their time at Apple, they provided technical support to customers and employees, assisted with budgeting and training, and managed customer relations and sales. In 2018, Tavoussi joined Intercom as an IT Specialist and later advanced to Senior IT Specialist and IT Systems Engineer. In these roles, they delivered IT support to staff, managed AV and video conference systems, and resolved hardware and software issues.
Amir Tavoussi attended Normanhurst School from 1998 to 2005, where they obtained 11 GCSE's at grades A-C, including English, Maths, and Science. Following that, they joined Highams Park College from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued A Levels in IT & Business Studies.
