Ferran Zavala began their work experience in 2001 as a Director Territorial Empresas at Retevisión. Ferran then worked as a Director Territorial Empresas at ONO in 2005. In 2004, they became a Director Territorial at Auna. After that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Eurobungalow in 2007. In 2008, they became a Director de Ventas TI at InfoJobs.net. From 2010 to 2015, they served as a Director Comercial at Verticales Intercom. Ferran then became the Director Divan Terapia Online at Verticales Intercom from 2018 to 2019. In 2016, they worked as a Managing Director at Intercom Empresas. Currently, they hold the position of CEO Chief Energy Officer at The Mind Hub Company since 2019.

Ferran Zavala attended the IESE Business School in 1997, where they completed a PDD degree. From 1982 to 1991, they studied at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, majoring in Ingenieria superior en Telecomunicaciones.
