Marek Nacovsky has served as the Country Manager for The Interchange Group since 1999, overseeing operations across 40+ branches and managing a workforce of over 250 employees, while also leading international development projects and acquisitions. Previously, Marek held the position of Operations Manager at Exact Change from 1994 to 1999 and later served as COO at The Interchange Group, focusing on the establishment of country operations support and the sharing of best practices. Marek Nacovsky holds two MBAs in Business Administration and Management from IUKB and the University of New York in Prague, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of West Bohemia. Additionally, Marek has completed Maturita at Gymnazium Jana Nerudy.
