Radhika Nair has an extensive work experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Radhika is currently the Director of Medical Research at Intercept Pharmaceuticals since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Director at Sanofi from 2021 to 2022.

From 2014 to 2021, Radhika served as a Research Lead at Humana Healthcare Research. Before that, they worked as a Health Outcomes Liaison at GlaxoSmithKline from 2013 to 2014.

In 2012, Radhika briefly worked as a Lead Epidemiologist at the Texas Department of State Health Services. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Abbott, including Sr. Manager of Clinical Epidemiology from 2011 to 2012 and Health Sciences Researcher from 2007 to 2011.

Following this, they pursued further studies at The University of Toledo from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Pharmacy Administration with a focus on Outcomes Research. Building upon their previous degrees, Radhika went on to pursue a Ph.D. at The University of Texas at Austin from 1999 to 2005. Radhika'sdoctoral degree specialized in Pharmacy Administration with a concentration in Epidemiology and Outcomes Research.
