Don Weishar has over 30 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Don most recently worked at Intercept Pharmaceuticals as a Region Business Director since 2018. Prior to that, they were a Regional Account Manager at EMD Serono, Inc. from 2017 to 2017, where they were responsible for managing key accounts and implementing sales and marketing strategies. From 2011 to 2017, they served as a District Manager at Depomed, Inc. Don also worked as a Vice President at J.P.Morgan from 2010 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Region Sales Director at ICOS from 2002 to 2007, Region Sales Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 1989 to 2001, and Territory Manager at Wyeth Laboratories from 1985 to 1989.

Don Weishar earned a BA in Human Biology from The University of Kansas from 1980 to 1985. Don then pursued an MBA in Finance from DePaul University, where they studied from 1989 to 1994.
