Andreas Kaufmann currently serves as the Director of Parts & Services at Lindner Recyclingtech since May 2023, promoting waste as a valuable resource. Prior to this role, Kaufmann was the Verwaltungsleiter at Decor GmbH from December 2022 to May 2023, focusing on optimizing processes in finance, controlling, and IT. Between January 2019 and June 2022, Kaufmann held the position of VP Operations Europe at Walterscheid Powertrain Group, driving strategy, improvement, and execution. Additionally, Kaufmann served as Plant Director at both Walterscheid Welsberg AG and GKN Land Systems, managing operations in multiple roles from April 1997 to June 2022. Educational qualifications include a Leaders Coach certification from Commvivere in 2017 and a Matura from Realgymnasium Bruneck in 1990.
