Marta Bosticardo has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Their most recent role was as the Talent & Organizational Development Lead at Interbanking starting in July 2011. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst in Human Resources at TEL Sistemas de Fijaciones SA from January 2010 to July 2011. Before that, they held a position as a Consultant at MARTHA ALLES capital humano SA from May 2006 to November 2008. Their earliest recorded work experience was as an Analyst in Selection and Training at LBV ARGENTINA, where they worked from August 2002 to May 2006.

Marta Bosticardo has a diverse education history with a focus on human resources and organizational development. Marta started their education journey at Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a degree as Licenciada en Relaciones Laborales with a specialization in Recursos Humanos (Human Resources).

In 2006, Marta attended the Instituto de Investigaciones Human铆sticas, where they became a Consultora en Programaci贸n Neuroling眉铆stica (Neuro-linguistic programming consultant) after completing their degree program.

Marta continued to expand their knowledge and skills in the field of human resources in later years. In 2011, they attended UTN, where they completed a program on Gerenciamiento de Proyectos de E-learning (Project Management for E-learning), focusing on training and development through online platforms.

In 2014, Marta pursued further specialization in organizational development through various programs. Marta attended ADCA - Asociaci贸n de Desarrollo y Capacitaci贸n Argentina, where they completed a Programa de especializaci贸n (Specialization program) in Gesti贸n del Desarrollo Organizacional (Organizational Development). Marta also attended a seminar on Gesti貌n del Talento (Talent Management) conducted by HayGroup.

In 2015, Marta participated in a seminar on Medici贸n de la Efectividad de la Capacitaci贸n (Measurement of Training Effectiveness) organized by ADCA - Asociaci贸n de Desarrollo y Capacitaci贸n Argentina.

Their most recent educational endeavor was in 2017 when they attended HayGroup for an HR Business Partner program, focusing on the development of human resources within an organization.
