Aline Cavalcanti has extensive experience in sales and customer success, currently serving as Administradora at Interactive Media since October 2008, where the focus is on enhancing customer engagement through conversational interactions. In addition, Aline holds the position of Customer Success Coordinator at PhoneMyBot since December 2020. Prior to these roles, Aline was Gerente de Vendas at 3T Systems from May 2007 to October 2008, focusing on distribution channels in the vehicle tracking and logistics sector. Aline also worked as Gerente Regional de Vendas at Globalstar do Brasil S/A from December 1999 to April 2007, overseeing the commercial area in the Southeast region of Brazil. Aline holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Portuguese from FIA Business School and has studied photography at Senac Brasil.
