Zander Grashow is the Founder and CEO of Adaptive Leadership+, where a focus on adaptability as a core competence for leadership and organizations has been emphasized for over 25 years. In addition to this role, Zander serves as North Star at Virgin Unite and as a Strategic Advisor for InterAction, an alliance organization in Washington, D.C. Zander has been the Board Chair for the US Africa Childrenā€™s Fellowship Inc., which aims to enhance education in Africa. Previously, Zander chaired the board at BRITDOC and held various advisory positions, including with The B Team and Clinton Global Initiative. Zander's leadership experience also includes a decade as CEO of Cambridge Leadership Associates. Educational background includes attendance at Wesleyan University and Midwood High School, as well as a stint at Aditi in Bangalore, India.
