Katherine Kramer is an experienced professional in the field of humanitarian engagement and protection of civilians. Currently serving as a Research Consultant at Geneva Call in Ukraine and a Protection of Civilians Consultant at InterAction, Katherine has a robust background that includes significant roles such as Senior Manager of Protection of Civilians at InterAction and various consulting positions at Geneva Call. Katherine’s expertise encompasses training and developing strategies for engaging non-State armed groups and overseeing monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning processes. With a master's degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University and a bachelor's degree in International Relations/Latin American Studies from the University of Washington, Katherine has contributed to numerous international humanitarian efforts and has built strategic partnerships across various regions.
