Susan DeGenring is an experienced leadership coach, founder of StillMind Coaching Solutions, and an accredited Enneagram practitioner. Currently serving as an Integral Leadership Coach and Organizational Mindfulness Teacher, Susan focuses on transformative coaching that enhances organizational performance through responsible leadership. With a diverse background in organizations such as Interaction Associates and ZOOM Collaborate, Susan has designed and delivered impactful learning programs, led strategic initiatives, and coached leaders across various industries, including technology, healthcare, and finance. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of the Pacific and has pursued graduate studies at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
