AistÄ— Å . has a wide range of work experience in various industries. AistÄ— started their career as a Chief Specialist of the Startegic Planing and Science Unit at the Fisheries department under the Ministry of Agriculture in 2008. AistÄ— then moved on to become the Chief Specialist of the EU Support Unit at The Ministry of Agriculture in 2010. In 2015, they joined the Public Investment Development Agency as a Financial Officer until 2017 when they became an Accountant at SEB. In 2019, AistÄ— worked as a Software Tester at both uTest and Reiz Tech. Most recently, they have been working at Interactio - Multilingual Meetings Solution, first as a QA Engineer from 2021 to 2022, and currently as a Senior QA Engineer.

Aistė Š. began their education at Šiauliai University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree. The start and end dates of their studies at Šiauliai University are not provided. In 2018, they attended both Vilnius Coding School and CodeAcademy. At Vilnius Coding School, they focused on web development, while at CodeAcademy, they studied web design with a specialization in UX/UI. Aistė Š. obtained several additional certifications, including "Devbridge Academy for Testers" from Devbridge Group in August 2019, "Projektų valdymas naudojant AGILE" from Vilnius Coding School in May 2019, and various LinkedIn certifications in Agile Testing, Learning Selenium, Programming Foundations: Software Quality Assurance, and Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA, all obtained in March 2019. Aistė also received a certification in Web Development from Vilnius Coding School in May 2018, and a certification in Product Prototypes from Adobe Education in April 2018.
