Joshua Kwan is an experienced engineering professional specializing in operations and process engineering within the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as an Operations Engineer for Inter Pipeline, Joshua supports the Heartland Propane Dehydrogenation facility throughout the Construction Completion and TCCC phases, contributing to successful Commissioning and Start-up. Prior roles include Completions Engineer at Kiewit and Contact Engineer at Husky Energy, where Joshua focused on SAGD surface facilities operations and managed engineering work packages to ensure compliance and budget management.
