Shelby Baldwin is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a robust background in recruiting across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at Inter-Con Security since January 2025, Shelby previously held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Pine Park Health, where efforts focused on rebuilding the talent function and hiring clinical staff. Key roles also include Talent Acquisition Manager at Capsule, specializing in high-volume recruiting for the pharmacy industry, and overseeing a global recruiting team at Porch Group that established its first insurance division. Previous experience includes managing support recruiting at Redfin, nurse recruitment at Providence St. Joseph Health, and providing talent acquisition support at Boeing and ComforceHealth.
