Chynna Rosier has a strong background in recruitment and human resources. Chynna currently works as a Lead Regional Recruiter for Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc., where they manage full-cycle recruitment and sources candidates using various methods. Chynna also serves as a Recruiting Coordinator at the same company. Prior to this, Chynna worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, where they implemented new hire training and onboarding processes. Additionally, they have experience as a Virtual e-Commerce and Marketing Manager, managing enterprise clients and ensuring compliance. Earlier in their career, Chynna worked as an Administrative Assistant II at Gaylord Hotels, where they implemented new procedures and addressed billing discrepancies for customer satisfaction.

Chynna Rosier completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design at The Art Institutes starting in 2009.
