Daniel Freitas Santos has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and cloud computing. Daniel started their career as an intern in Informatica at Hospital municipal Odilon behrens in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Analyst de Suporte and later as a Técnico em Informática at Aya Informática, where they gained experience in server administration and user account management. In 2013, they joined Axter as an IT Infrastructure Analyst, where they continued to develop their skills in server management and automation of operational processes. In 2015, they worked briefly at Wipro as a Microsoft System Center Support Engineer. Later, they joined BHS as an IT Infrastructure Analyst, specializing in cloud solutions and SRE. During their time at BHS, they also took on the role of Arquiteto de Soluções, supporting the development of solutions using various technologies such as Azure, SQL Server, and AWS. Most recently, they are employed at Inter as a Tech Lead, Cloud Specialist, and SRE, where they utilize their expertise in cloud technologies and leads technical teams.

Daniel Freitas Santos earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership, Innovation, and Technology from Ibmec in 2023-2024. Daniel completed a degree in Computer Networks from Faculdade Pitágoras from 2016 to 2017. Daniel also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais from 2011 to 2015. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they obtained a Technical degree in IT from Colégio Cotemig Floresta from 2008 to 2010. Daniel has additional certifications including certifications in Kubernetes administration, cloud platforms, and software development.
