Ashley Hancock has over 30 years of experience in the medical device and life sciences industries. Ashley began their career in 1990 as a Demand Manager at BP, where they were part of a divisional Business Management Team responsible for the sale of 2.7 billion pounds of polypropylene annually. Ashley then held positions as an Operations Planning Manager, Asset Manager, Technical Supervisor, Process Supervisor, and Chemical Engineer. In 2006, they joined CR Bard as a Senior Product Manager, where they had P&L accountability for 8 surgical implant and diagnostic device platforms with total of 62 product offerings recording $35 million in revenue. Ashley also drove device revenue growth with marketing strategies and sales tools, and collaborated with Chinese and German device manufacturers to improve biopsy forceps cost structure by 30% and to expand product offerings into adjacent spaces. In 2009, they became the Founder & CEO of Innovetica and a Senior Product Manager at EndoChoice. In 2011, they took on the role of Executive Director at the Southeastern Medical Device Association (SEMDA). In 2013, they founded Intent Solutions, where they still serve as Founder & Director. In 2019, they became Co-founder & CEO of Park Surgical Innovations and a Board Member at Southeast Life Sciences.
Ashley Hancock attended Berry College from 1984 to 1986. Ashley then transferred to the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering in 1990. In 2003, they completed their MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, majoring in Marketing, Management & Strategy, Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
