Julie Harsh is an experienced customer success professional with a strong track record in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as SVP of Customer Success at Intenseye, Julie has previously held significant positions including VP of Customer Success at Black Crow AI and multiple leadership roles at BentoBox, where Julie contributed to the company's acquisition by Fiserv in November 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Customer Success at Moat, where Julie played a key role in the company's acquisition by Oracle in April 2017.
