James Klem is an experienced professional in aerospace project and program management, currently serving as Senior Manager ISPO-PA at Intelsat since June 2020. Previous roles include Program Manager, overseeing satellite bus and launch vehicle programs at Maxar, and Capital Project Manager at NASA Ames Research Center, where James implemented program management strategies for the National Full-scale Aerodynamics Complex.
