Ejaz Shah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory engineering and standards development within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Manager - Regulatory Engineering at Intelsat since December 2020, Ejaz previously held significant roles at Gogo as Regulatory and Capacity Analysis Lead, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with FCC and ITU regulations for Gogo’s networks, and at Nokia Networks as Standards Manager, focusing on LTE research and standardization. Earlier roles included Distinguished Member Technical Staff at Motorola Solutions, contributing to LTE trial solutions, and Principal Staff Standards Engineer at Motorola Inc., leading standards efforts for TIA TR45 and 3GPP2. Ejaz holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
