Konstantin Rudy has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Konstantin is currently working as a Senior Backend Engineer at Intellum, starting in November 2021. Prior to this role, Konstantin worked at ProFinda from 2014 to October 2021, where they held the positions of API Team Lead and Ruby on Rails Developer. As the API Team Lead, they successfully built a top-performing tech team that won the Techies Tech Team of the Year 2018 Award. Alongside this, Konstantin worked as a Ruby on Rails Developer and Consultant for various startups while self-employed from November 2013 to April 2014. Starting their career at Itransition in 2006, they held the roles of Senior Ruby Developer and Java/Ruby on Rails Developer. During their time at Itransition, Konstantin gained expertise in multiple technologies such as Java, Javascript, JSF, Spring MVC, Struts, Maven, Ant, Weblogic, Glassfish, Tomcat, and Ruby.

Konstantin Rudy completed their BSc in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. Konstantin attended this university from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their degree, Konstantin obtained a certification as a MongoDB Developer from 10gen in December 2012.
