Laura Socha is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in client partnership and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Client Partner at Intelliware since September 2023, Laura has previously held leadership roles, including Senior Partner at IBM and Senior Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Capco, where Laura managed the Canadian Banking practice and contributed significantly to Capco’s global banking leadership team. Prior to Capco, Laura was Vice President of Customer Experience and Business Development at Citibank, overseeing cross-channel customer initiatives and card portfolio management. Additional experience includes Senior Manager at Accenture, leading the Canadian CRM Financial Services Practice, and various management roles at CIBC focused on internet banking, strategy, and financial analysis.
