Timothy Mwaura is an experienced Senior Java Engineer currently employed at IntelliTech Consulting since December 2023, following a role as a Senior Java Developer at iOCO from July 2022 to November 2023. Previously, Timothy worked as a Software Engineer at Mobile Financial Solutions Limited, focusing on developing Microservices using Java (Spring-boot) to support digital transformation. Prior positions include Software Development Engineer In Test and Business Analyst at Safaricom PLC, where responsibilities included reviewing technical documents, creating test cases, and gathering product requirements. Timothy also has experience as a Financial Systems Engineer and Software Engineer at ButterflyTribe Ltd, and started a career as an ICT Technician at Nairobi County Government. Timothy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Karatina University, attained between 2012 and 2016.
