Chad Gaier is an experienced professional in the aerospace and systems engineering sectors, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Intellisense Systems, Inc. since July 2021. Prior to this role, Chad held several positions at L3Harris Technologies, including System Engineering Manager and Senior Principal Engineer, from February 2011 to July 2021. Chad's earlier career includes significant roles at GE as Lead Engineer/Technologist, at Honeywell Aerospace as an Avionics Systems Engineer, and positions at Halliburton and Goodrich as HMP and Engineer, respectively. Chad Gaier holds a degree from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business and attended Wright State University.
