Richard Ferguson has held a variety of roles in the corporate world since 2010. In 2010, they served as a Consultant and Vice Chairman for Academic Partnerships. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Chairman of the Board for Higher Learning Technologies, College Raptor, OpenEd.io, and Qualified.io. In 2018, they became the Chairman of the Board for MZ Development, Inc. In 2019, they were the Co-Founder, Chairman, and Owner of IntelliSee, Co-founder and Board Chairman of Malum Terminus Technologies, Inc/Intellisee, and CEO and Chairman of Malum, Inc. In 2020, they became the Chairman of the Board for OpenLoop Health, Inc.
Richard Ferguson received their Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1962. Richard then went on to receive a Master of Arts in Mathematics from Western Michigan University in 1966. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Assessment, Evaluation, and Research from the University of Pittsburgh in 1969.
