Monica Sawant has a diverse range of work experience. Monica started their career in 2008 at Tata Consultancy Services-Vodafone, where they held various roles including Quality Assurance Analyst, Performance tester, and Functional tester. Monica then worked as a Graduate Assistant at the New York Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Bernard & Herold Inc. as an Equity Research Intern. Later that year, they joined Intellis (formerly known as Warshaw Group) as a Data/Business Analyst/QA Analyst. At Intellis, Monica was responsible for developing mobile applications for various clients and departments. Monica'swork focused on creating tailored applications that met client requirements and were built on the Mobile Validity Platform.

Monica Sawant completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2007. Monica then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at New York Institute of Technology, graduating in 2013. Continuing their studies in the field of Information Technology, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Goldey-Beacom College in 2016.
