Damon Boxley is an experienced professional in emergency preparedness and crisis management, currently serving as the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at Xcel Energy since September 2016. Boxley has held various positions in the military, including Civil Affairs Team Sergeant and Civil Affairs Sergeant, where expertise in Civil Military Operations was developed across multiple operations, including in AFRICOM and CENTCOM areas. In addition, Boxley has served as an IT Manager at IntelliQuick Delivery, Inc. and has experience as a Range Manager and Firearms Instructor. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis from Norwich University, and an Associate of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Chandler/Gilbert Community College.
