Victoria Vasylieva has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2017 as a Freelance Legal Adviser and Interpreter. In 2018, they began an Internship at the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine in Poltava. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at several companies, including Raskrutka - интернет-маркетинг для бизнеса as a Project Management Specialist, ZONE3000 as a Trainee, Wentrum as a Customer Support Manager, and PE as a Junior Research Analyst. In 2021, they worked at М.А.Х.Телеком as a Sales Manager and at the Laboratory for the study of National Security Problems in the field of Public Health as a Junior Research Analyst. Currently, they are working at Intelligo as a Research Analyst and at PE Nikolaenko V.V. as a Lawyer.

Victoria Vasylieva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in 2017, after completing their studies there from 2013 to 2017. Victoria then pursued a Master's degree in Law from the same university and completed it in 2019. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Cisco Networking Academy (NDG Linux Unhatched 1119 in 2020), Institute of Law, Technology & Innovation (Entrepreneurship and Law in Hi-tech in 2017), Ukrainian Bar Association (All-Ukrainian Contract Law School in 2017), and Coursera (Leading Teams: Developing as a Leader).
