Gainya St Clair has been working in various roles since 2013. In 2013, they started as a Program Coordinator: Program in the Study of Spirituality, Jain Studies, and Jewish Studies at the School of International and Public Affairs at Florida International University. In 2015, they moved to EZsave LTD as a Market Researcher. In 2016, they became a Project Coordinator at Birthright Israel: Mayanot. Since 2018, they have been working at Intelligo Group as a Product Manager, Research Team Leader, and Research Analyst.

Gainya St Clair obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Florida International University between 2013 and 2014.
