Syed Gazanfar is a skilled DevOps Engineer currently employed at PrismX since September 2022, providing Level 2 technical support and maintaining mission-critical systems while addressing urgent issues. Prior to this role, Syed worked as an Application Support Executive Engineer at Extrieve Technologies Pvt Ltd from March 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included coordinating with various teams to resolve application and system-related issues and creating SOP documentation. Syed's earlier experience includes serving as a Team Lead for eight employees in Hardware and Network Administration at MMS from August 2020 to January 2021. Syed holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Marathwada Institute of Technology (2016-2020) and a High School Diploma in Computer Science from Maulana Azad College of Arts, Commerce & Science (2012-2014), along with a Middle School Diploma from IQRA Urdu Boys High School Aurangabad (1999-2012).
