Cory Kress has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2007, they worked as a Packager/Tester at Crosley Radio. From 2008 to 2008, Cory served as an Intern at LG&E & KU. Starting in 2009, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Trane, where they led projects, managed issues from the factory floor, and wrote code for in-house software. In 2012, Cory held intern positions at both The Timken Company and Big Ass Fans, gaining experience in electrical engineering and lighting layout options, respectively. Cory joined National Oilwell Varco in 2013 and worked as an Electrical Engineer in various roles, including NOVOS Field Software Engineer and Installation & Commissioning Electrical Engineer. Cory moved on to ADLINK Technology in 2018, where they served as a Sr. Solutions Architect. Currently, Cory works as a Senior Support Engineer - North America at Intelligent Growth Solutions (IGS), starting in 2022.

Cory Kress pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, where they studied from 2007 to 2013.
