Naledi Nongawuza has work experience in three different companies. In 2022, they worked as an intern at Corporate Image (Pty) Ltd from March to September. In the same year, they also worked at MPC Managed Services - MPC Connect as a Language Consultant from October to December. In 2023, they joined Intelligent Debt Management as a Financial Assessor in March.

Naledi Nongawuza completed their secondary education at Port Shepstone High School from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Financial Accounting at the University of Cape Town from 2018 to 2019. However, they changed their academic focus and switched to a Bachelor of Social Science program at the same university, specializing in Media & Writing, Political Governance, and Sociology from 2019 to 2021.
