Vanita Nidhalkar has been working in the software development industry since 2013. Vanita began their career as a Software Developer at Kimaya Infotech, where they gained great experience in the banking domain, including modules design, writing business logic, and database design. Vanita also participated in team work and team discussions, as well as unit testing. In 2016, they moved on to become a C++ Developer at Persistent Systems. Vanita then joined Intelligence Node as a Senior Software Developer in 2017, and then moved to Hydra Capital Limited to become a Lead C++ Developer.

Vanita Nidhalkar attended Prof. Ramkrishna More College of Arts, Commerce and Science Pradhikaran Nigdi Pune from 2008 to 2011.
