Andrey Kobtsev is a Senior Software Engineer at IntelliCAD Technology Consortium, where since February 2008, involvement has focused on the development of the IntelliCAD DWG-compatible platform. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Skilligent, specializing in telecom platforms and robot behavior control systems, and as a Team Lead at TLM Communications, overseeing embedded software development for cellular phones. Additional positions held include Senior Software Engineer roles at Telma and UNICORE MICROSYSTEMS, as well as a Software Engineer position at Hypercom. Andrey Kobtsev holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET), earned between 1992 and 1997.
