Inna Izmailova has extensive experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Inna is currently serving as the Head of Talent Delivery at Intellias, a global technology partner. Prior to this, they worked at EPAM Systems as a Talent Acquisition Leader and Staffing Coordinator. In their role, they led a team of recruiters, focused on meeting targets, partnered with hiring managers, and handled staffing escalations. Before that, they worked at Zoral Labs as an HR Manager and Senior IT Recruiter, responsible for the full recruitment process for development centers. Inna also served as the Head of HR Department at Levi9 Ukraine, where they managed HR activities, developed HR policies, and coordinated with line managers. Inna began their career at Mirasoft as the Head of HR Department and later worked as an HR Manager and IT Recruiter.

Inna Izmailova pursued a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University from 2003 to 2005. More recently, from 2023 to 2024, they attended the Kyiv School of Economics focusing on Organizational Leadership.
