David Towslee, CPA, MBA, currently serves as Associate Director of Accounting at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. since June 2022, with a prior role as Sr. Manager of Accounting. David is an Advisory Board Member for the Transformative Leadership Program at Saint Joseph's College from June 2023 to June 2024. Previous experience includes roles at Athersys, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, SEC filings, and corporate fundraising; KeyBank, focusing on risk review and audit; and multiple positions at EY, performing assurance and control testing. David holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from The Ohio State University.
