Michelle Macartney has extensive experience in patent law, currently serving as Chief Counsel for Patents and IIF Prosecution at Intellectual Ventures since January 2020. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at Intellectual Ventures Management from January 2008 to January 2020 as a Senior Patent Attorney specializing in acquisitions and patent prosecution. Earlier in Michelle's career, from September 2001 to December 2007, work as a Patent Attorney was conducted at Perkins Coie LLP.
