Cycy Azucey has a diverse work experience in the healthcare IT industry. Cycy started their career as an Assistant Office Manager at AdvantaCare Multi-Specialty Group, LLC, where they provided support for front desk/scheduling and billing. Cycy then moved on to become an Outpatient Services Manager at JENA Medical Group, LLC, where they trained new hires on electronic health record applications and supervised all outpatient services.
In 2020, Cycy joined AdventHealth as an Epic Credentialed Trainer, where they trained contact center supervisors and staff on the usage of Cerner and then Epic. Cycy also evaluated performance within Epic Playground and created lesson plans for educating team members.
From 2022 onwards, Cycy worked as an Epic Consultant for several companies including TEKsystems, Optimum Healthcare IT, Medasource, Intellect Resources®, CSI Healthcare IT, and Healthrise. In these roles, they provided training and support to clinical and non-clinical end users, assisted with workflow assessments, and maintained updated knowledge of client-specific systems and processes. Cycy also guided end users with efficient use of Epic modules such as Cadence, Ambulatory, Cupid, Radiant, Bones, Beacon, Beaker, and EpicCare Ambulatory.
Most recently, Cycy joined Baptist Health as a Senior Epic Service Desk Analyst.
Cycy Azucey has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Central Florida. Prior to earning the bachelor's degree, Cycy Azucey studied at Daytona State College and completed an Associate of Arts degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General.
